Toward Convenient Cashless Payments

Stewart County School District is taking steps toward a more convenient and efficient way for families and community members to make payments for school-related activities. We are beginning the transition toward a cashless payment system that will allow payments to be made electronically for athletics, school fees, fundraisers, concessions, and other school-related purchases.

Our goal is to make payments easier, safer, and more convenient for parents, students, staff, and community members while improving the way payments are processed and tracked.

What does this mean for our families and community?

As we move toward this new system, families will have opportunities to make payments online or in person through mobile devices for many school-related expenses. Athletic event tickets will be available through Go Fan. Athletic event concessions will utilize a mobile Stripe swipe machine via Infinite Campus. All athletic events beginning Nov 1 st will have cashless payment applications available. Other payments, including applicable school fees, activities, concessions, and fundraisers, will be offered through our online and mobile payment system via Infinite Campus as those options become available.

During the transition, cash and checks will continue to be accepted. We will communicate any changes in advance to help families prepare. Please be mindful, as with any card payment transaction, a small transaction fee will be applied.
