The SCS Music Department, under the direction of Music Teacher Andrea Nichols Halstead, presented the 2022 SCS Christmas Program on December 16, 2022. Each grade in grades PK - Grade 5 sang a song or two, a Middle School Percussion Ensemble performed, and select middle school students recited poems and introduced some of the acts. There was a great community turn out for the program - the audience was full of friends and family! The big finale was a surprise visit from Santa Claus and his helpers, courtesy of SCS community partner CoreCivic, of Lumpkin, GA. Santa brought gifts for all students!
