On April 19th and 20th, scholars in Ms. Avery's Science class had the opportunity to hear different lessons and participate in a variety of activities from our special visitor Mrs. Shenequa Gordon, from Georgia Power. The activities ranged from the following dealing with telegraphs/ inventions, working with renewable and nonrenewable resources, as well as different types of energy transformations. These items served as a review right before students started taking the GMAS. Great job, Scholars! Ms. Kayla Avery is the Stewart County Middle School Science Teacher.
